Bachow Ventures is a vertically integrated investment, development, and consulting firm based in Miami, Florida. The company focuses on acquiring, developing, and advising on high-quality real estate throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

The firm invests across multifamily, condominium, office, retail, and mixed-use properties, with a track record that exceeds $2 billion in transactions and development. Bachow Ventures combines institutional discipline with entrepreneurial agility, uncovering value in assets and opportunities that traditional players often overlook.

In addition to executing its own development and investment projects, Bachow Ventures provides strategic advisory and owner’s representation services for select partners. Noah Bachow
CEO

Noah has been involved in the acquisition, development and syndication of multi-family housing, office buildings, retail, and mixed-use projects.  He has received a BS in Business from American University, Magna Cum Laude with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. He has worked for multiple ground-up developers and value-add investors throughout the United States. His most recent positions recently he was

a Development Manager for Urban Investment partners, a Development Manager for Lidl US and a Development Associate for Mill Creek Residential Trust.  He has been involved in over 50 real estate transactions with an aggregate deal value over $500 million.  He has experience with institutional partners and Mezzanine Debt/ Bridge

lending platforms. 

Paul Bachow
Chairman

Paul Bachow has been involved in the acquisition, development and syndication of multi-family housing, shopping centers and malls, medical office buildings, office buildings, and light industrial properties.  He has received a L.L.M. (Tax), from New York University Law School, J.D., from Rutgers Camden Law School, B.A. in Accounting/Finance, from American University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He practiced law for six years and then founded several investment firms, including Bachow & Associates, Inc., a private equity firm that made 40 investments (including 13 add-ons) in rapidly growing operating companies.  He has raised in excess of $1.6 billion for investments in 80 entities.

JP is responsible for underwriting, asset management/reporting, and investment committee at Bachow Ventures.

 

JP Secousse has over 20 years of experience in residential, multi-family, retail, and commercial real estate acquisition, development, and disposition experience. During 7 years with The Irvine Company, one of California’s most respected master planners and real estate developers with a primary portfolio representing nearly one-fifth of Orange County’s total land area, JP was involved in development and acquisition transactions spanning all of Irvine’s asset classes, totaling over $10 billion.

Winston Churchill
Advisor

Winston brings over 30 years of capital raising and deal structuring from the Venture Capital business.  He is currently the Managing General Partner at SCP Partners, who manages over $800 million in institutional capital.  Winston is a Rhodes Schola and he brings a unique perspective to Bachow Ventures.

Damon Kolb
Advisor

Damon brings 20 years of public and private real estate development experience to the Bachow Ventures. Damon's background includes time as a County Planner, as well as 13 years with national multifamily developer Mill Creek Residential Trust and resort developer Timbers.  He has managed site acquisition through design, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and disposition of assets. Damon has effectively delivered 25+ projects with a market capitalization exceeding $1 Billion.

Jonathan Mayer
Advisor

Jon is currently the SVP of Investments for Chandler Residential, a vertically integrated real estate firm with assets throughout the southeast. Jon is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution and asset management of Chandler’s investments. He has been in the real estate industry since 2005, most recently working at the Principal level, and prior to that as a Vice President of Acquisitions. Jon has invested in and raised capital for over $725M in real estate transactions.
